Karat® by LollicupTM shows employee appreciation every year with a fun end of year annual event; employees, family, vendor partners and management used to gather together to eat amazing food and relish in the year past. Regretfully, the Company made the heavy decision to cancel the typical holiday event in 2020. However, it was important to management that they still show employees and vendors everything that was accomplished despite a challenging year and to give thanks for everyone’s hard work so Karat® by LollicupTM put on a virtual holiday event instead!
On Thursday, December 24th the Virtual Holiday Event streamed on Facebook Live on the Karat by Lollicup Facebook page. The stream highlighted the year’s milestones, allowed employees to give colleagues a shout out, gave managers a chance to thank their teams and ended with a huge raffle! Raffle prizes ranged from $30 to $2,000 and were won by staff in every department.
The overall message from the event was that of valued teamwork. Karat by Lollicup was fortunate to grow in 2020, which could not have happened without the commitment of each and every employee. It is this hard work that will lead the company to continued growth into 2021.
